Who we are
- Les Messieurs is a barber shop in the United Arab Emirates. This notice explains what we collect when you book a chair or create an account on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, mobile number, the services, barber, date and time you choose, and any notes you write for your barber.
- If you create an account: your name, mobile number, email and a password. We store only a scrambled form of the password that can't be turned back into it.
- What happens at your visit: whether it took place, and what you paid for, so we can run the shop.
Why we use it
- To hold your chair and contact you about your booking (for example if your barber is unwell).
- To keep the shop's records and accounts.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Our team, to look after your visit.
- Resend, the service that delivers our account emails, and the company that hosts this website. They only handle your information to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
- Bookings are kept for up to 5 years for the shop's records, then deleted.
- Accounts are kept until you ask us to close them.
Cookies
- We only use cookies the site needs: one to remember your language, and one to keep you signed in if you have an account. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your choices
- You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (we may need to keep some records the law requires).
- You can change or cancel a booking yourself on the “Manage booking” page.
